We offer septic and holding tank pumping. Tanks for septic systems should be pumped every 3-4 years.
Septic Design
We design new septic and holding tanks systems for new parcels or replacement systems for existing homes. Finding the best solution and layout for the home and the yard.
Compliance Inspections
We inspect existing systems for point-of-sale transactions or permit requirements. This includes pumping the tanks and inspecting the drainfield/mound to verify it is up to current MPCA code.
Water Testing
We test well water for point-of-sale transactions for both conventional and non-conventional loan requirements. The samples are drawn and set to the lab the same day.
